Passed away suddenly at her home on August 21, 2016. Beloved wife of Brian. Dearly loved and adored mother and mother in law of Dwayne and Sharon, Danielle and Michael Finch. Much loved Grandma of her 6 grandchildren. Pat will be sadly missed by all her loving family and many dear friends.
