Passed away on Sunday June 24, 2018. Beloved husband of Dorothy and his former wife and mother of his children Betty. Loving father and  father in law of John and Chris, Steven (dec) and Sandra (dec), Judith and Peter. Dear grandfather of his many grandchildren and great grandchildren.  Loved brother of Lorna (dec), Bert, Doreen (dec), Bill (dec), Jim (dec). Jack will be sadly missed by his loving family and many dear friends.
