Marie Therese Hawker (née Rogers)

With great sadness, we announce the passing of Marie Therese Hawker after a long battle with cancer. Beloved wife of Jim, adored daughter of Marie and Luke (dec) Rogers, devoted mother of Paul, Karen, and Fiona, mother-in-law to Belinda and Sean, and cherished Nana to Ruby, Angus, James & Lily. Marie was a much-loved eldest sister of Joan, Anne, Carmel, Peter, Monica, Kathryn, and Maureen.

Marie’s kindness, unwavering love, and loyalty will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew her. She blessed our family with warmth and generosity, leaving a legacy of treasured memories and everlasting love.

We would like to acknowledge the amazing staff at Warrigal, Mount Terry who looked after and cared for mum with respect and dignity.

Family and friends of Marie are respectfully invited to attend a funeral service to celebrate Marie’s life at H.Parsons Funeral Home, 278 Princes Highway Bulli on Friday 31/01/25 at 2pm.
