Passed away peacefully surrounded by loving family on August 21, 2017. Devoted and cherished husband of 70 years to Rita, the love of his life. The best dad in the world to his three girls, Laraine Harding, Debra Haley and our beloved Denise (dec). Respected father in law of Garry Haley. Adored and very special Poppy Vic to his grandchildren Rachael and Justin Thomas, Allison Haley, Shane and Melissa Haley. Loving great grand pop to Lauren, Jak, Jacob, Scarlett, Isabelle and James Vincent. Vincent will be sadly missed by his family, friends and extended family at IRT Tarrawanna, who treated him with so much love and respect in the last 4 years of his life.
