Passed away peacefully on December 17, 2015. Beloved husband for 72 years of Gwen. Dearly loved father of Jan. Much loved grandy of his grandchildren Stacey and Lee, Carly and Jarrod and great grandchildren Bryahna, Shannon, Donovan, Arlo. Jack will be sadly missed by his loving family and many dear friends here and in England.

‘Waiting for Me Dinner’ 

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Jack’s funeral service to be held in the chapel, Parsons Funeral Home, 278 Princes Highway Bulli on Tuesday December 22, 2015 at 2pm. 

In lieu of flowers donations to Guide Dogs Association would be appreciated.
