Passed away peacefully December 20, 2015. Loving husband of Florence and Edith (both dec). Loved father and father in law of Joyce and Douglas, Carolle and Ian, John (dec), Sandra, Diane and Bruce. Much loved Grandad to Corinne, Trent, Yvette, Belinda and Grandpa to his great grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Jack’s funeral service to be held at The Salvation Army Citadel, 11-13 Burelli Street Wollongong on Tuesday December 29, 2015 at 2pm.
