Passed away peacefully on August 20, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Joe. Dearly loved mother and mother in law of Stephen and Marg, Scott and Suzan. Loving Nan of Anna and Nathan, Karl and Nikki, Simone, Luke and Ashley, Madeline and Liam, Brad and cherished great nan to Nate. Patricia will be sadly missed by her loving family here and in Ireland.
