Passed away peacefully surrounded by loving family on January 9, 2016. Dearly loved mother and mother in law of Matthew and Rosie, David and Ann, Stephen and Suzanne. Much adored Nonna of Eliza, Massimo, Alex, Matthew, Lucia.

Patricia’s family would like to extend their gratitude for the care and love given by staff at IRT Links, The Illawarra Palliative Care Team, and staff at Lawrence Hargrave Private Hospital.

 Aged 88 Years
Always loved and sadly missed.
A life well lived.

 Relatives and friends are invited to attend Patricia’s funeral service to be held in the chapel, Parsons Funeral Home, 278 Princes Highway Bulli on Wednesday January 13 2016, at 2pm.
