Passed away peacefully on May 2, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Thomas Phillips and Noel Hobbs. Loved and adored mother and mother in law Thomas and Elizabeth, Allyn (dec), Peter and Marilyn and stepmother to Barry, Peter, Chris. Much loved Grandma to her grandchildren. Clare will be sadly missed by her loving family and many dear friends.
