Passed away peacefully on Friday October 13, 2017. Beloved husband of the late Betty, and loving partner of Lynette. Loved brother and brother in law of Marie and Trevor (both dec), Patricia and Cliff (both dec), Carmel and Roy. Uncle to his nieces and nephews, and grand nieces and nephews. Frank will be sadly missed by his loving family and many dear friends.
