Passed away after a courageous battle, surrounded by loving family on Tuesday 5th May 2026. Son of the late Frederick and Phyllis Moore. Dearly loved father and father-in-law of Kate and Michael Parsons. Much loved Poppy of Micaela Mathews. Loved brother of the late Barry Moore. Graeme will be sadly missed by his loving family and friends.
