Passed away peacefully on November 6, 2015 at Bupa Nursing Home Berry.   Beloved husband of the late Joyce.  Dearly loved father and father-in-law of Ian and Kathy.  Adored Pa of Sarah, Angus, Samuel, Max.  Beloved son, brother and Uncle.  Adam will be sadly missed by his loving family and many dear friends.  Special thanks to the dedicated staff at Bupa Nursing Home Berry.

A Requiem Mass for the repose of Adam’s soul will be celebrated at St Therese Of The Little Flower, 2 Powell Street West Wollongong on Thursday at 12noon. Following the Mass the funeral will proceed to Lakeside Memorial Park Cemetery, Kanahooka Road, Kanahooka.
