Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, 28th of August 2022. Beloved wife of Colin Eagleton and John Dixon (both dec). Much loved mother and mother-in-law of Sandra and Garry, Helen and Bryan, Michael and Elli. Loving Grandma of Grant, Paula, Glen, Joshua, Jordan, Callum, Brendan, Charli, their partners, and her 4 great grandchildren. Barb will be sadly missed by her loving family and many dear friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Barb’s funeral service to be held at H Parsons Funeral Home, 34 Belmore Street Wollongong on Friday, 9th of September at 2pm. Those unable to attend are invited to view her service via the link available below.

    So many wonderful memories over the years (starting from when I was in the same class as Sandra from 3rd grade onwards at Unanderra Primary and then Figtree High – where you also worked tirelessly in the school canteen).
    Sorry we can’t be there on Friday but our thoughts and prayers will be, for you and for Sandra, Helen, Michael and Kerry, and their families.

  5. I’m sorry, but I can’t make todays final farewell to Aunty Barb. I remember mum telling me once about how she was driving in Sydney with mum & others in the car (in pre google maps times ). And someone said ‘I think you’re lost Barb’ but she quickly came back and said..’I’m not lost. I know exactly where I am now and where I’m meant to be. It’s just not the same place.’ Haha! She had a great sense of humour. Celebrate her life well today even though your hearts are broken. Love Lesley
