Passed away on Thursday 9th October 2025. Beloved husband of the late Elaine Goodie.  Great dad to Sandra, David and Warren. Loving Pa to Adam, Elise, Rebekah, Crys, Lyn and great grandfather to Harvey, Leo, Oliver, Bromann and Kasper.  Brother to Lorna Campbell.  Doug will be sadly missed by his loving family and dear friends.

  1. Mr Goodie taught me at Picton High School. He also coached me when I played in the first XIII RL team.
    I interviewed him at a high school reunion at Picton around 7 years ago.

  3. Mr Goodie was Vice Principal at Figtree High School. He was a very nice man who was always fair, and he wrote a terrific reference for me when I finished year 12. Condolences to his family, and thank you Mr Goidie for shaping many young lives.

  9. I taught with Doug at Figtree High
    He was always hard working and approachable. After school we played tennis and this continued for many years. I did visit him several times when he resided in Greenhill Aged Care. We also enjoyed social occasions with Doug and Elaine. I’ll miss you Doug!
