Passed away peacefully on Thursday, 23rd October 2025. Beloved wife of the late Rod. Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Letitia & David, Rod & Jenny, and adopted mother of June, Rob, Rosalyn, Gavin, and Suzie. Cherished Nan of Jordan & Justin, Daniel & Hannah, Jasmine & Jonno, Hayden, Jarred, and Great Nanny of Atlas. Loved sister of Theresa. Beloved aunty of Lyn, Violet, and Jewel. Dot will be sadly missed by her loving family and many dear friends.

She truly was an amazing woman, and this world has been made a better place through her actions, strengths and her beauty. 

Family and friends are invited to attend Dot’s Funeral Service, to be held at H Parsons Funeral Home, 4 Princes Highway, Dapto on Saturday, 1st November 2025 at 11am.   

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Make-A-Wish Foundation would be appreciated.

  3. My darling sister Dot,how much I miss you already.
    Thank you dear for all you did for your siblings when we were young.You were so kind and caring and never objected to taking 6 of us to the park ,swimming pool,library,shops,pictures and dancing in fact just about everywhere we went you were in charge.Mums right hand girl.
    You took us all to church and sang in the choir with Eth and I.
    We went pea picking and spud bashing. You took us all on the coach to the country and always got us home safe and sound.
    Dot Dear you are a special part of our lives and I will never forget you or the love you gave us j.
    See you in heaven my lovely sister.

    Who could not remember a woman of such incredible kindness, totally devoted to my brother in law Rod throughout his lifetime?
    I hadn’t seen you for over 30 years and this I regret.
    Our lives took very different paths but you did leave your mark upon me when we both married into the same family so many years ago.
    I remember your compassionate nature and caring ways and know you were always an asset to your family and community.
    Rest in Peace, dearest Angel.

  5. Tisha and Rod and families – I will miss Aunty Dot very much. Her compassion for others and her tenacity for life was inspiring and her love and devotion to her family and friends was unending. Truly a remarkable lady.
