Passed away peacefully with her loving husband Alan at her side on Sunday July 22, 2018. Dearly loved mother and mother in law of Tania and Carle, Glenn and Tracey, Shari and Ian.  Cherished Gran of Aliecia, Lauren, Alan, Lenore, Jordan, Ryan and her four great grandchildren. Hazel will be sadly missed by her loving family and many dear friends.

Hazel’s funeral service will be held in the chapel, Stan Crapp Funeral Home, Cnr Manning & Farmer Streets Kiama on Friday July 27, 2018  at 9:30am.
