Passed away peacefully surrounded by loving family on Tuesday April 20, 2021. Beloved husband of the late Peggy. Dearly loved father of Simone, Janelle, and Annette. Cherished Pa of his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Arthur will be sadly missed by his loving family and many dear friends.
