Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, 12^th of January 2022. Beloved wife of the late Ted. Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Louise (dec), Sue and Joe, Mark and Cathy, Mathew and Emely. Loving Nan of her 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Pat will be sadly missed by her loving family and many dear friends.
