 Relatives and friends are invited to attend Jack’s funeral service to be held at Austinmer Uniting Church, 48 Moore Street Austinmer on Monday December 21, 2015 at 11am. Following the service his funeral will proceed to Scarborough Cemetery, Lawrence Hargrave Drive, Scarborough.
