Passed away peacefully on July 4, 2016. Beloved wife of the late Norman Charles Patrick Christiansen. Dearly loved mother and mother in law of Ross, Robyn and Boyd, Maree and Thomas, Kevin and Deborah. Loving Nan of her grandchildren Sofie, Jenae, Matt, Christie, Lauren, Teneille. Loved sister of Keith (dec), Roma, Ella, Lloyd. Pat will be sadly missed by her loving family and many dear friends.

 Relatives and friends are invited to attend Pat’s funeral service to be held at Bulli Anglican Church, 66 Park Road Bulli on Monday July, 11, 2016 at 12 noon. Following the service her funeral will proceed to Bulli Cemetery, Carrington Road, Bulli.
