Passed away peacefully on Sunday 21st of January 2024. Beloved wife of Pieter. A loving mother of 5 and grandmother of 10. Catherine will be sadly missed by her loving family and many dear friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to Catherine’s funeral service to be held at H.Parsons Funeral Home, 4 Princes Highway Dapto on Wednesday 31st of January 2024 at 12pm. Following the service her funeral will proceed to West Dapto Catholic Cemetery, West Dapto Road, West Dapto.
In lieu of flowers donations to Parkinsons Australia would be appreciated.

Great memories of high school days together. Catherine was a good friend then, and it was a joy to meet again in recent years with her husband and family..
I met Cathi at Towradgi Public School in 1972 and was immediately drawn to her. It was many aspects of her personality, her warmth, her happy disposition and humour. When Tom and I met Pieter & saw them together, laughing, I knew the friendship would enrich our lives. Cathi’s & Pieter’s love & amazing strength will stay with us always.
The memories of sharing my college years with Catherine, in Wollongong, remind me of her calmness, and loving and studious nature. When my husband Robert and I were travelling, and spent time with Catherine, and her family, in their home, it was obvious that Catherine will be lovingly remembered by all who have shared in Catherines life.
