Caterina ‘Rina’ Lizzio

Passed away peacefully on Thursday 21^st December 2023.  Beloved wife of the late Giuseppe.  Dearly loved mother of Pina and Frank.  Adored Nonna of Sienna and Sophia.  Dearest sister and sister-in-law of Giuseppe, Antonia, Pietro and Caterina.  Loved sister-in-law of Maria and Giuseppe (both Dec), Isabella and Angelo (both dec), Rosa and Giuseppe, Nina and Elio (dec).  Rina will be sadly missed by her loving family and many dear friends here and in Italy.

 Rosary will be recited in the chapel, Parsons Funeral home, 34 Belmore Street, Wollongong on Thursday December 28, 2023 at 6pm.

Requiem Mass for the repose of Rina’s soul will be celebrated in St Francis Xavier’s Cathedral, Harbour Street Wollongong on Friday 29^th December 2023 at 9.30am. Following the Mass her funeral will proceed to Wollongong Cemetery, Swan Street, Wollongong.
