Passed away peacefully on Thursday, 29th October 2020. Beloved husband of Patricia. Much loved father and father in law of Chris, Leanne and Darryl, and Kelvin (dec). Adored Pa of Bethany and Luke, Emma and Daniel, Rebecca and Adam, Carrie and Nick, Jessica and James and their 10 children. Noel will be sadly missed by his loving family and many dear friends.
