Passed away peacefully surrounded by loving family on November 2, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Ken. Dearly loved mother of Carolyn, Ron, Ken, Alan and their families. Loving Nanna of her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Hazel will be sadly missed by her loving family and many dear friends.
