Passed away peacefully surrounded by loving family after a courageous battle on Saturday 27th December 2025. Beloved husband of Margaret. Dearly loved father and father-in-law of Lynden, Rod and Rachael. Loving Grandpa of Molly, Billy, Sarah, and Will. Loved brother of Barbara and Helen and brother-in-law of Chris, Pat and Dorothy. Basil will be sadly missed by his loving family and many dear friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Basil’s funeral service to be held at H.Parsons Funeral Home, 10 Woolworths Avenue Warilla on Wednesday 7th January 2026 at 12pm.
Family have requested guests wear red.
In lieu of flowers donations to Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia would be greatly appreciated.
