Passed away peacefully on Thursday, 14th March 2024. Beloved wife of Morrice. Dearly loved mother of Peter, Carolyn (dec), Elizabeth and their families. Cherished grandmother and great grandmother. Barbara will be sadly missed by her loving family and many dear friends.

Dear Morrie,Peter,Elizabeth your respective families and those of Carolyn.Very sad to learn of Barbara’s passing. My daughter Kristine passed on the news from Switzerland earlier today. Barbara was the love of Morrie’s life. Their budding romance, their marriage and the birth of her three beautiful children ( in which she was immensely proud) was one for the ages and meant so much to her. Whilst her latter years were most difficult, Morrie and her family never gave up on her and loved her most dearly. We are not up to date on Morrie’s health at this time, but he should know that our thoughts and prayers are with him and all of the Kelly Family. I was released from hospital last evening ( a much needed knee operation) which will prevent our attending the funeral. (25/03/24). Please know also that the memories and wonderful times we shared together will never leave me. Most sincerely John Varnum.
