  1. I met Dorie a number of times.Very sorry to this notice. My condolences to all the family.

  2. Love you Nanna. Thank you for all the beautiful memories. You were a lovely and kind soul. I know you will transition to the next part of your journey protected by all the love you gave in this lifetime. I will miss you a lot and will never forget you. ❤

  3. Dear Dorrie was
greatly loved by her family and is now with her beloved Athol. I knew her for over 40 years thanks to my friendship with daughter Rowena. She was a gentle and generous lady.

  4. Deeply saddened to hear this news, Dorrie & Athol were an integral part of my childhood, the mischief Rowena & I got up to, always lead to a family conference around the dining table, telling us the errors of our ways. Dorrie always had a cheeky twinkle in her eye which we interpreted as a nod to our mischievous enthusiasm. Much love to the family, thank goodness for memories, they sustain us thru difficult times

  5. Christmas will not be the same without you. Although I have only known Dorie for a short time, I found her laughter & enthusiasm wonderful to be around. Much love to all the family & thank you for sharing those few occasions with me. Kerrie ❤️

  6. Dearest Auntie Dorrie..

To the Bain family, I am so sorry to hear this such sad news. My deepest condolences to you all. Auntie Dorrie was very part of my life whilst I was at the funeral home..(early nineties to late 2019) She always had a smile and loved a good hearty laugh. She came to many of our Christmas parties and we would always encourage her onto the dance floor .. which she did jigging away and a smile from ear to ear. Thank you for being you. Rest in Peace lovely lady you will be sadly missed.

    Sharyn and Mick Cleaver xxxx
