With sadness we announce the passing of Tania on Friday, 28 August 2020. Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Joseph and Josephine. Much loved Nanna of Mark and Rita, Christopher and Kerrie and her great grandchildren Flynn, and Grady.

A heartfelt thank you to all the staff at C4 east Wollongong Hospital for your dedication. Also a thank you to the Staff at Port Kembla Hospital Palliative Care Unit.
