Passed away peacefully on Wednesday 11th October 2023. Beloved partner for 37 years to Mary. Dearly loved father of Ellen and her partner Zach. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Sue and Brian (both dec), Joan, Dale (dec), Ann and Chris. Rook will be sadly missed by his loving family and many dear friends.

I will never forget the time Rook went camping with Ellen. After we had had dinner and a few drinks, Rook said he would be back joining us around the fire, after he had put Ellen (peanut) to bed. A little while later Ellen emerged from the tent, and very proudly announced that Daddy was asleep.
