Passed away peacefully on Thursday, 9th February 2023. Beloved wife of Lillian. Dearly loved father of Debra, Tonia, Karen, John, and Gary. Cherished Teddy of his 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Arthur will be sadly missed by his loving family and many dear friends.
