Anna (Yianoula) Karakousis

Passed away peacefully on Friday 18th July 2025. Beloved wife of the late George.  Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Tony and Linda, Greg and Nikki, Kon, Kathy and Robert.  Cherished Yiayia of Joanne, Natalia and Dean, Jordan, Jorge, Andre, Nicholas, Luca, Natasha, Henry, Edith, and Big Yiayia of Christian.  Loved sister of Georgios Karambelas and Vasilios Karambelas and families.  Anna will be sadly missed by her loving family and many dear friends here and in Greece.

 Prayers will be held in the Chapel, H Parsons Funeral Home, 34 Belmore Street, Wollongong on Friday 25^th July 2025 at 5pm.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Anna’s funeral service to be held at St Nektarios Greek Orthodox Church, 39 Atchison Street, Wollongong on Saturday 26th July 2025 at 10am.  Following the service her funeral will proceed to Wollongong Cemetery, corner of Swan and Kenny Streets, Wollongong.
