Passed away peacefully, Wednesday February 28, 2018. Beloved wife of the late James Charles Loving Sister of Nora (dec), Irene (dec), Dorothy, Audrey and Verna and sister-in-law of Marge. Dear aunt of her many nieces and nephews.  Joyce will be sadly missed by her loving family and many dear friends.
