Passed away peacefully on Thursday 8th October 2026. Beloved husband of Leonie. Dearly loved father and father-in-law of Simone and Paul, Joel and Mariola. Cherished Pop of his four grandchildren. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Maureen and Achille. Brother to Ian and David, brother-in-law to Rod and Lin Lin. Loved uncle of his many nieces and nephews. Eddy will be sadly missed by his loving family and many dear friends.

A joint Prayer Service for the repose of Eddy and Muriel’s souls will be celebrated in Holy Cross Catholic Church, McMillan Street Helensburgh on Tuesday 20th October 2026 at 10:30am.

Eddy was a long time friend to us both. Always convivial and entertaining on all occasions. A reliable friend to many. Happy to assist and extend a helping hand. A man who always enjoyed a good time. A jester at heart, ready with joke or a funny tale about himself. We will sorely miss him in our lives. He will be hard to replace.
