Passed away peacefully on Wednesday 2nd September 2026. Beloved husband of Rosa. Dearly loved father and father-in-law of Fernando (Manny) and Somwang, Victor and Rosa. Cherished Tutu of Monique, Alicia, Zac, and Sofia. José will be sadly missed by family and friends here and in Portugal.

Rosary will be recited at Rankins Funeral Home, 270 Cowper Street Warrawong on Tuesday 8th September 2026 at 4pm.
Requiem Mass for the repose of José soul will be celebrated at St Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 1 Bruce Road Warrawong on Wednesday 9th September 2026 at 11:30 am. Following the Mass his funeral will proceed to Lakeside Memorial Park, Kanahooka Road Kanahooka.
