Passed away unexpectedly but peacefully on Thursday 27th August 2026. Beloved and best friend of Mira. Much loved protector of Biljana, Suzana and their children and grandchildren. Former husband of Lyndal and father to Mary, Michaelle, Edward, Thomas and Esther. Leaving 10 grandchildren and his first great granddaughter with sadness. Loved brother of Murray, Corinne and Ngaire and their families. Loved brother-in-law of Helen and Phil. Lindsay will be sadly missed by all his loved ones and many friends left behind. Lindsay will be remembered for his generosity with his time to may volunteer organisations in the Illawarra.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Lindsay’s funeral service to be held at Rankins Funeral Home, 270 Cowper Street Warrawong on Tuesday 8th September 2026 at 12noon.

From the age of 8 you watched me grow, helped raise me and my sister and was the father I never had. You were there for so many firsts, helped me through surgeries nursed me back to health time and time again and was always my protector. You worked so hard for our little family and never once complained. Blood doesn’t make me your daughter but in my heart you’re always my dad. I love you now and always until we see each other again I love you‼️
