I was so saddened to hear of your passing. It only feels like yesterday that I saw you four weeks ago and we shared a lovely chat outside your home. I will always remember your kindness, warmth, and beautiful smile. You will be sadly missed.
Rest peacefully teta Nikolinka
Mum I loved our end of week fancy Nescafé or two
Talks about politics and where we have been for sports
Always finished with “Good Luck” and sent on my way with some sort of grocery, snack or drink.
You had a soft spot and connected with us your way over a Newcafe and no rubbish tea
Love you and your kind loving soul

No words can express my deepest loss. 💔
The one who taught me love. It’s true, there is no love like a mother’s love. ❤️
I am left with memories and so many life lessons:
The kindness and compassion you showed for anyone who came in your path.
The deep love and concern for your children and grandchildren was evident in every phone call and interaction.
The support and patience with encouragement when things were not quite right in our lives.
The beaming smile and warm open arms whenever we saw each other.
The ability to have a laugh and profound wit in every conversation.
The selflessness, honesty and no judgement when judgment was due.
The understanding when people didn’t deserve it.
The love of geopolitics and news offshore, in your special way.
The deep commitment to marriage and your lifelong partner, our dad. You showed us True Love, even in tough times.
The strength and resilience to leave your birth country and family, with only a few suitcases and no English.
The ability to be present.
The list goes on. 😢
How I long to hold your hand, sit in the sun, share a meal, listen to your voice and feel your unconditional love.
Miss you so much.
Mum ❤️❤️
Nina,
I’ll always treasure the memories of growing up with you. You were cheeky, funny, and always up for a laugh. You were kind and so loving.
We shared plenty of cheeky sweet treats together, even when we both knew we probably shouldn’t but that just made it all the more special.
You were such a big part of my journey growing up, and as the youngest in the Stepanovski clan I always felt you had a soft spot for me. I’m so grateful I got to spend some time with you before you left this world, sharing a few more laughs, jokes, and special moments together.
My heart is heavy, but I’ll hold onto those memories forever. Thank you for all the love, laughter, and kindness you brought into my life.
I can just imagine you up there now with Cico Mendo, Mum, and Val, having a good laugh together and keeping everyone entertained.
Rest peacefully Nina, You’ll be deeply missed and forever remembered ❤️❤️❤️
