Passed away surrounded by loving family on Thursday 2nd April 2026. Beloved husband of the late Ann (62 years). Dearly loved father and father-in-law of Jane and Dick, Lynda and Brett. Cherished Grandad of Kirk, Aleisha, Ryan, Luke, Jenna, Rhys, Darcy and Great grandad of Chelsea, Taitum and Oaklen. Bob will be sadly missed by his loving family and many dear friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Bob’s funeral service to be held at H.Parsons Funeral Home, 10 Woolworths Avenue Warilla on Tuesday 14th April 2026 at 12pm. Following the service his funeral will proceed to Shellharbour Cemetery, Shellharbour Road, Shellharbour.

It is with Great sadness the community of Shellharbour LGA has lost one is its most distinguished and dedicated citizens who represented the region with every ounce of respectability and Loyalty over many decades. From the early days employed as a stevedore to becoming the Mayor of Shellharbour. then later the State Member for Kiama. A man that touched so many lives and gave so much to his community forever to be remembered.
