Passed away peacefully on December 7, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Graham (Tommy). Dearly loved mother and mother in law of Anne and Peter, Lilian and Col. Cherished Granny of her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Frances will be sadly missed by her loving family and many dear friends here and in Scotland.
