Passed away peacefully surrounded by loving family on Saturday 20th December 2025. Beloved wife of the late Tom. Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Tracey and John, Meagan and Phil. Cherished Nan, Gran and Jenny of her many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Loving sister of Robert Hay. Pat will be sadly missed by her loving family and many dear friends.
