Jacobus (Jack) Braakman

Passed away surrounded by loving family on Friday, 1^st August 2025. Beloved husband of Barbara. Dearly loved father and father-in-law of Lisa and Tony, Darren and Angelie, Kissaine and Joe. Much loved Pop of Dean & Celeste, Britt, Kiani, Keira, Liam, Sean and his great grandchildren Leo, Calvin, Xavier, and Remi. Loved brother and brother-in-law of John & Dieske, Helen (dec) & Henk (dec), Marie and Paul and their families. Jack will be sadly missed by his loving family and many dear friends.

Requiem Mass for the repose of Jack’s soul will be celebrated in St Patrick’s Catholic Church, O’Donnell Street, Port Kembla on Thursday, 7^th August 2025 at 1pm.
