Passed away peacefully surrounded by loving family on Sunday 11th May 2025. Dearly loved father of Noah and Cody (dec). Cherished son of Jim and Denise. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Toni, Laurene and Shayne and loving uncle of Mellany, Natalie, Joel, Harry and Matilda. Grahame will be sadly missed by his loving family and many dear friends.
