Tributes

  1. Wonderful faithful servant of God. A true friend, helpful, loving, kind and understanding.
A great listener and contributor to our KYB group.
    Rest well dear friend.

  2. Helped me and my family out. Lorraine was a lovely caring person. She and I enjoyed many lovely chats.

  3. I only met Lorraine when I began visiting her along with Robyn Reurich a couple of years ago to play Scrabble on Monday afternoons, but in that time I came to love & appreciate her very much. In spite of her own difficulties, she helped me through a very difficult time in my life. I will treasure my memories of her.

  4. I met Lorraine and Peter at Capernwray Bible School in Lancashire, England. We undertook a 10 day mission together in Yorkshire and Lorraine came to visit me about 17 years ago in London. I stayed with Lorraine and Peter in 2015 in Kiama and they spoiled me rotten. We had an unforgettable visit to the Blue Mountains and it was all a very happy week together. We kept in touch over the years and I shall always remember Lorraine as a very dear friend, and a lady with a wonderful faith. I treasure my memories of Lorraine. Thank you for being such an example of faith and courage in your life.

  5. A beautiful soul gone too soon, but thankfulky now no longer suffering.
A kind, welcoming and thoughful person. Our lives have definetely been richer for knowing her. We will miss our regular chats together. Helen and Graham

  6. We are shocked to hear of Lorraine’s death. We rejoice in her promotion to glory & are saddened for those left behind. Peter & family. Our friendship goes back to when Peter was a teen in Bowrsl. You are in our prayers. Kerry & Julie Medwsy

  7. Lorraine, such a precious, loving servant of the Lord, at peace now with her Saviour.

To Peter, your family and Yvonne, your hearts will be broken in grief, but may the memories each one of you hold dear, remain with you forever.

Lorraine’s love and friendship go back to our Fellowship days in Bowral, and continued through all these years… yes from different parts of our world, and then residing in Kiama.

Her loving, caring nature, her prayers and thoughtfulness for others never ceased.

And now may the richness of her love that she had for you all, comfort you today, and each day of your lives.
Love from Joy and Alan Banfield.
