Marina “Mari” Comacchio

Marina “Mari” Comacchio, aged 91 years young of Horsley, formerly of Mt Pleasant and Port Kembla, passed away peacefully surrounded by loving family on Wednesday, 12^th July 2023. Beloved wife of Carlo (dec). Much treasured & loving mother and mother-in-law of John and Melissa, Rosanna and Keith (dec), and Paola. Beloved Nonna & Bisi to Aaron and Corey, Justine and Matt, Liam and Nikki, Luke, Charlie, Ellen, and her precious tesoro, Ruby. Mari will be sadly missed by her loving family and friends here and in Italy. We promised her that her heavenly loved ones will come and take her home. We would also like to thank Louise and her carers from Pearl Home Care.

Requiem Mass for the repose of Mari’s soul will be celebrated in St Francis Xavier’s Cathedral, 36 Harbour Street, Wollongong on Saturday, 15^th July 2023 at 1.30pm.
