 Passed away unexpectedly on May 6, 2016. Youngest child of the late Kevin and Mary Cook.  Much loved brother and brother in law of Paul and Louise, Peter and Margaret, Maree and Peter, Catherine.  A loving cousin to John and Jo.  A loving uncle to all his nieces and nephews.  Michael will be sadly missed by his loving family and many dear friends.

In God’s care

 Requiem Mass for the repose of Michael’s soul will be celebrated at St Josephs Catholic Church, Park Road Bulli on Wednesday May 18, 2016 at 11am. Following the Mass his funeral will proceed to West Dapto Catholic Cemetery, West Dapto Rd, West Dapto.
