 Our beautiful mother peacefully slipped away, with all her children by her side on November 21, 2015. Beloved wife of the late Jose.  Dearly loved mother and mother in law of Jose and Vicki, Angel and Yvonne, Yolanda and Miguel, Tanya and Anthony.  Much loved Abuela of her grandchildren Michael, Ryan, Paul, Bradley, Jessica, Hannah Sheridan, Bailey and their partners.  Bis-Abuela of Jack and Sofia.  Juanita will be sadly missed by her loving family and many dear friends here and in Spain.

 Aged 83 Years
She was very courageous during her years with dementia.
Reunited with her loving husband.

 

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Juanita’s funeral service to be held at St John The Evangelist Catholic Church, 24 Jerramatta Street Dapto on Wednesday 25^th November at 11:30am. Following the service her funeral will proceed to Lakeside Memorial Park Cemetery, Kanahooka Road, Kanahooka.

 In lieu of flowers donations to Hammond Care would be appreciated.
