  3. To our dear and beloved Brother, Brother-in-law, and Uncle Mark… we are sorry but unfortunately we cannot be there today to honour you as we are away in the UK at present.
It’s hard to find the words to explain the pain, sadness and loss we are feeling. Mark was a darling of a man, a wonderful brother – very loving and caring and always looking out for his family, helping wherever and whenever he could. Such a generous man – always welcoming us all with open arms into his home or caravan, every time we came home to visit Wollongong. Mark was a man with a wicked, dry sense of humour and always willing to have a laugh at his own expense too.
We will miss him and EVERYTHING about him and we know that Lynette, Philip, Belinda and Bryce and all his extended family will too… forever. We don’t know how they are going to cope but We do know they will have our love and support through it all.
We are sorry we could not be at the service in person today, but we are definitely there in spirit and in our hearts. We loved Mark so much and are sorry and devastated that he had to leave us all. We know that you have joined our loving Mum and sister Jeannette in Heaven and can visualise you all on a fishing trip together up there.
Rest In Peace dear Brother and Uncle Mark. Much Love and Respect from Kim, Sharon, Trent, Francesca and Rachael xoxo

  4. Lynette, Phil and all the family,

While we are not able to be there today in person, please know we are very much with you in spirit. You have been in our thoughts and prayers.

Mark was a strong man, both in body and mind and Mark and I have so many great memories of him through TKD. We had some great sparring matches during those times, plenty of bruises and some great nights out too. Those were the days, fun times.

I know Mark would have shown the same strong mind and determination during his last fight right until the end, he was never a man to give up.

For Mark family were his everything and you Lynette were his darling by his side always. He will continue to walk beside you all, love, watch over and protect you always.

Right now I can imagine he will be giving Jeanette and Phyllis a great big hug and they will be holding him tight too.

so much love to all of you
    Lea and Mark
