Passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with Alzheimer’s Dementia, surrounded by his loving family on November 21, 2017. Beloved husband of Joan. Dearly loved father of Michael, Simona. Loved brother of Vera Chytilova (dec). Loved uncle of Tereza and Stepan. Loving grandfather of Tereza, Liljana and great grandfather of Juliana, Vincent, Clara, Lucas. Julian will be sadly missed by his loving family and many dear friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Julian’s funeral service to be held in the chapel, Parsons Funeral Home, 34 Belmore Street Wollongong on Friday November 24, 2017 at 2pm.

In lieu of flowers donations to Alzheimer’s Australian Research Foundation would be appreciated.
